Kaila Melton

Kaila Melton is an experienced Test Analyst at Axient since March 2022, responsible for mission planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring compliance with test requirements at various sites. Previous roles include managing Advanced Placement teachers at Talladega County Schools, where data-driven evaluations were conducted to enhance student performance, and serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Central Alabama Community College, integrating technology to improve program delivery. As a STEM Researcher at Auburn University, Kaila led a biology team and conducted histological analyses, while also communicating complex information effectively as an Instructor at Benjamin Russell High School. Kaila holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and a Master of Education in Science from Auburn University.
