Keli Benford

Keli Benford is an experienced systems analyst and program manager with a strong background in information technology procurement, sustainment, and contracting services. Currently serving as a Systems Analyst III on the AF DCGS Software & Hardware Acquisition Team at QuantiTech, Keli provides acquisition contract sustainment support to the C2ISR community. Prior roles include Deputy Program Manager and Senior System Analyst at Alion Science and Technology, where Keli focused on systems architecture, integration, and agile program management techniques. Keli's extensive career in the United States Air Force culminated in roles such as First Sergeant and Command and Control Specialist, specializing in human resources and personnel management. Educational qualifications include multiple master’s degrees, an MBA with dual concentration in Business Management and Human Resources, and a Bachelor of Science in Business & Management.
