Larry Foor

Larry Foor is currently the Executive Vice President and General Manager at Astrion and serves as a Senior Vice President at Axient. Their extensive background includes roles in executive management, missile defense engineering, and commercial business development. Previously, Larry contributed to the Missile Defense Agency as both Chief Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer for the Targets and Countermeasures program and played a pivotal role in the Kinetic Energy Interceptor program. Larry earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
