Mark Bollard

Mark Bollard is currently the Senior System Engineer at ARES Corporation, where they manage and implement the NASA Lean Six Sigma program at the Goddard Space Flight Center to enhance efficiency and compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. Previously, they served as the Program Manager for Honeywell at NASA GSFC, overseeing contractor responsibilities and personnel management related to safety and mission assurance. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and degrees in Economics and Government from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. They have extensive experience as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and have led quality management initiatives across various organizations.
