Mark Clark is the Vice President of the Intelligence Programs Division. Mark was named director of Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA’s) Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) in 2014. As Director, Mark led a team of technical engineers and scientists in analysis of foreign ballistic missile systems, air and missile defense systems, anti-satellite systems, anti-tank guided missile systems, directed energy weapons systems, and associated command and control systems. Over the course of his career at MSIC, Mark analyzed or led the analysis of every weapon system in the MSIC mission. Mark earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
