Michael Ybarra

Michael Ybarra is an experienced Executive Director and cybersecurity professional who has worked with various companies including Axient, Millennium Engineering and Integration, Quantech Services, Inc., and Argotek. With a background in the US Navy, Ybarra has extensive experience in System Security Engineering, risk assessments, accreditation policies, and Security Test and Evaluation. Ybarra holds a BS in Cybersecurity Management & Policy from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
