Alester Fleming

Alester Fleming is a Senior Strategy Manager at Quantium and a National Team Player for the Japan Cricket Association. They hold the title of Schwarzman Scholar and are a Masayoshi Son Fellow for the year 2024-2025. Previously, Alester worked as a consultant at Davidson and L.E.K. Consulting, gaining expertise in various areas including IT development recruitment. Alester earned a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne and has completed prestigious summer programs at the University of Cambridge and The Wharton School.
