Celeste McFarland

Celeste McFarland is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a robust background in compliance training and leadership development. Currently serving as the L&D Manager at Quantium since August 2023, McFarland previously held positions at Deloitte as Manager of Leadership and Learning, and at Westpac Group, where roles included Executive Manager and Senior Manager of Compliance Training.
