Julie Gilbert

Julie Gilbert has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Julie started their career in 2011 as the Assistant Director of Operations at Arrowhead Day Camp, where they were responsible for overseeing transportation logistics and managing the food production facility. In 2016, they transitioned to a role as an Event Manager at Arrowhead Picnics, a subsidiary of Arrowhead Day Camp, where they organized and promoted events ranging from 50 to 1,000 guests.

In 2019, Julie joined Stitch Fix and held multiple roles, including Employee Experience and Internal Operations. Julie contributed to enhancing the employee experience and was involved in various internal operational tasks. In 2021, they moved to EquityBee as the People and Executive Operations Manager. During their time there, they managed people and executive operations until their departure in February 2023.

Julie's most recent position is as Executive Business Partner at Quantium, which they started in July 2023.

Julie Gilbert's education history begins in 2007 when they attended the University of Maryland. Julie completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 2011. In 2010, they also had a brief period of study in French Studies at the Université Paris-Sorbonne. Following their undergraduate studies, Julie pursued their Graduate degree in Education at the Temple University College of Education and Human Development from 2011 to 2012.
