Shahab D. has a range of experience in IT support and leadership roles. Shahab began their career in 2005 as a Network Administrator and IT Support Technician at Rowshan Sanaat, where they serviced and maintained computer systems. In 2010, they joined Diplomat Co. as an IT Support Technician, where they developed standards for hardware, software, and peripheral systems and performed server administration. Shahab then worked at Kordia Solutions from 2013 to 2014, where they were involved in Windows migration and desktop support projects.

From 2014 to 2018, Shahab held multiple roles at St Augustine's College - Sydney. As the ICT Helpdesk Coordinator and Senior Desktop Analyst, they supervised the Help Desk staff, managed the ticketing system, and provided escalated support for technical issues. Shahab also worked as an IT Helpdesk Support Officer, providing level 1 and 2 support.

From 2018 to 2022, Shahab served as the ICT Service Desk Team Leader at St Aloysius' College, leading and supporting the ServiceDesk staff in providing technical support to staff and students.

Shahab'smost recent position is as a Senior IT Support Engineer at Quantium, starting in 2022. In this role, they are part of a team supporting over 1200 users in multiple global offices and handles escalations from IT Support Engineers. Shahab also administers and configures EUC back-end core services.

Shahab D. completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Azad University of IRAN between 2001 and 2005. In 2013, they obtained a Diploma in Information Technology Networking from TAFE NSW. In July 2015, Shahab also obtained a certification in ITIL.
