Susan Posso

Susan Posso is currently the Resourcing Lead at Quantium, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Staffing Manager from 2023 to 2025 and have held various roles at Booz & Company, including Office Manager and Executive Assistant from 2004 to 2015. Susan also served as a Human Resources Administrator and later as a Human Capital Relationship Manager at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, from 2013 to 2018. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce at Deakin University.
