Werner Kruger

Werner Kruger began their work experience in 2005 as an HR Consultant at Altech Autopage Cellular. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at People Integrated (Pty) Ltd. as a Consultant, Psychometrist, and Project Manager. In 2008, they joined Sage as an HR Consultant and later became the HR Consulting Team Leader and HR Consulting Business Manager. Werner then worked at Milaha as an HR Business Partner from July 2013 to September 2015. From October 2015 to March 2019, they were an HR Business Partner at Etihad Airways. Werner then joined Allianz Australia as an Organizational Development Consultant from October 2019 to July 2021, and later as a Senior Talent Partner from August 2021 to April 2022. Currently, they are employed as the Executive Manager of Talent Management at Quantium.

Werner Kruger obtained their Masters in Human Resources Management from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Werner pursued this degree from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they received certifications in the Predictive Index (PI) from PI Worldwide in 2013, Myers-Briggs Accreditation from Jopie van Rooyen in 2012, and OPQ SHL from SHL Talent Measurement from CEB in 2007.
