Matt Whitaker

Matt Whitaker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director of M&A at Quantive since January 2012, Matt has also been the Managing Partner at Intelligent Office of Alexandria since November 2009, where services include office space and remote reception. Previously, Matt held the position of Director at Clear Rock Associates until its merger with Quantive in 2018, and served as Chief Operating Officer at Solveras Payment Solutions, where innovations in ACH payments were introduced. Founding and leading Smart Payment Solutions as President established Matt's expertise in payment processing. Early career roles included Business Manager at Capital One, Manager at A.T. Kearney, Manager at Procter & Gamble, and Lieutenant in the US Navy. Matt holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
