Mykaela Doane

Mykaela Doane is a Senior Global People Partner at D2iQ since June 2023 and has been a member of CPOHQ since January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Head of People and Talent at Quantive from April 2021 to June 2023, where focus was on enhancing strategic agility through a leading strategy execution platform. Mykaela held the position of Associate Director of People + Operations at Simple Startup from May 2017 to April 2021, successfully implementing initiatives for operational and people excellence, alongside earlier roles in the organization as People + Operations Manager and Intern. Mykaela also interned at New Era Colorado from September 2015 to April 2016. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder (2015-2017) and prior studies at Boston University (2014-2015).
