Rick Sticca

Rick Sticca is a retired General Manager at Progressive Insurance, where they were responsible for strategic planning and operations across 11 states and 105 locations, overseeing a workforce of 4,200 claims professionals. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Rick has demonstrated operational excellence and has mentored several leaders into high-level positions. Currently, Rick serves as a Special Advisor at QuantivRisk and as an Adjunct Professor at the New England Institute of Technology, while also holding a position on the Advisory Board of ADAS Safe. Rick earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Hartwick College.
