Derek Martin

Derek Martin is an experienced project and program manager with a focus on employee benefits systems and health care policy. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Quantix, Inc. since June 2022, Derek leads the collaboration between HR and IT for a county employee benefits system. Prior experience includes roles at Colorado Access and the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing, where Derek managed benefit services for the Federal Grant program, integrated Waiver services, crafted policies, and engaged with local and state entities for data and claims services. Derek holds a Master's degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Whitworth University.
