Amy Burie

Amy Burie, CSM, CLSSBB, has extensive experience in process improvement and operational infrastructure across various industries. From 2020 to 2023, Amy served as Director of Member Success and Director of Learning and Continuous Improvement at Transcarent, where responsibilities included designing processes and tools during rapid company growth. Prior to that, Amy was an IT Program Manager at Planet Fitness, overseeing the development of data solutions to drive business decisions. At UnitedHealth Group, Amy advanced from Senior Instructional Designer to a role focused on integrating learning and development functions after multiple acquisitions. Earlier career highlights include leading project management at Qessential Medical Market Research and holding various positions in documentation and member services. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Planning and Development from the University of New Hampshire.
