David Liau

David Liau is a Senior Quantitative Research Scientist at Quantlab Group, where they have worked since 2020. They previously served as a Quantitative Research Scientist at the same company from 2020 to 2024. David's earlier experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin from 2014 to 2020. David earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master of Science in Communication Engineering from National Taiwan University, and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
