Eyal Hefer

Eyal Hefer is a seasoned operations and engineering professional with extensive experience in leading teams across various sectors. Currently serving as VP of Operations at HEQA Security since December 2024, Eyal oversees production, new product introduction (NPI), manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain management. Previously, Eyal held the role of VP of Operations at Ripples, managing comprehensive operational responsibilities including production, supply chain, and logistics. Eyal's background includes key positions such as Director of Operations and Engineering at HumanEyes, Director of Engineering and Quality at Compass Networks, and Director of Operations & NPI Engineering at Fiberzone Networks, demonstrating a proven track record in engineering, quality assurance, and product management. Eyal began a career at NICE Systems as an MPE Engineering Product Leader and holds a P.Engineer degree in Electronics from The Open University of Israel.
