Solman Rahman

EVP, Europe at Quantori

Solman Rahman is a seasoned business leader with more than 25 years of experience in building and managing technology consulting, digital platform, and software engineering companies. He has an extensive background developing strategic client relationships in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. As Executive Vice President at Quantori, Solman leads the business activities in Europe. He is focused on building partnerships with the region’s rich industry ecosystem of biotech, pharma, and healthcare companies, and on ensuring the delivery of superior service to their clients.

Previously, Solman served as Senior Vice President at EPAM Systems, where he was responsible for EPAM’s business unit for Northern Europe. Under Solman’s leadership, the business achieved industry-leading growth and became EPAM’s second largest business unit globally for several years. Solman had responsibility for developing key relationships with leading life sciences and healthcare organizations and attaining high customer satisfaction levels with those clients.

Solman’s prior experience includes a decade-long tenure at Cognizant, a global digital consulting, business operations, and technology systems integration company. He held a series of increasingly senior roles at Cognizant within its pharma, business information, media, and telecoms business units. Solman began his career as an analyst in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Cowen Inc. working in the US and Europe covering equity research in the biopharma and high-tech sectors.

Solman serves as a board member of Conversationly, a digital agency based in the UK. He holds a first-class B.S. degree in Economics and an M.S. degree in Economics and Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
