Vitaliy Aronov

Vitaliy Aronov has more than three decades of experience in building and directing large-scale software engineering teams. At Quantori he is responsible for defining delivery strategy and running global delivery organization.

Previously Vitaliy served as VP of technology solutions at EPAM Systems, following the acquisition of GGA by EPAM in 2014. Under Vitaliy’s leadership in of the EPAM’s offices, which had 200 people before the GGA acquisition, grew to more than 3000 professionals, becoming one of the largest EPAM’s offshore delivery centers.

As a co-founder of GGA Software Services, Vitaliy demonstrated skills and success in establishing a team of high-level software engineers who gained an industry-wide reputation for delivering superior software systems, applications and tools in the life science and healthcare fields. With Vitaliy GGA won numerous awards and accolades from clients and industry associations for excellence in scientific software development.

Before that Vitaliy co-founded the scientific informatics company SciVision, where he directed the development of numerous innovative molecular modeling and de-novo design applications. SciVision was acquired by Harcourt Brace Jovanovich in 1997.

During his career Vitaliy has overseen the development of hundreds commercial products and internal applications and systems. His teams worked as partners with global pharmaceutical, scientific instrumentation, medical device, and other life science and healthcare companies.
