Srinivas Ayyagari

A Masters in Business Management, he is responsible for all the HR & IR strategies at Pokarna. While his focus is human resources, Srinivas is often involved in other aspects of business at the operational level. Since 2007, he is also responsible for day-to-day management of the plant to ensure all operational metrics are achieved on time. With over 25 years of progressive experience in logistics, mining, manufacturing and operations management, Srinivas plays a truly key role in the organization.
