Anidhya B. has worked in various roles in the technology and finance industries. In 2008, they began their career as an Assistant Manager at Axis Bank, where they were responsible for Retail Branch Banking Operations and Cross Sales. Anidhya also looked after Demat Operations, Investments, and Cash Management Services and headed the Cash Department. In 2012, they moved to Medha Innovation and Development as a Software Solutions Architect, designing application solutions and system architectures, managing a team of 8 developers, and developing and designing Java, Hadoop and Android Applications. In 2015, Anidhya B. founded and served as CEO of Medha Innovation and Development Private Limited, a technology startup incubated at IIT Madras Bio-Incubator, Chennai. Anidhya developed a Sequence Analysis Platform called BigOmics using Big Data Technology, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. In 2019, Anidhya B. became the Technology Head at Quantrium Tech Private Limited, where they designed and implemented the company's technology strategy, implemented best practices in software development and deployment, and architected solution designs, Machine Learning pipelines, and software architectures.

Anidhya B. has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Medicaps Institute of Tech. & Mgmt. in Marketing/Finance, which was obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, Anidhya B. obtained a B. Sc. from MRSC, Indore in Computer Science from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, Anidhya B. has obtained a variety of certifications from various institutions, such as Databricks, MongoDB, Qwiklabs, IBM, and Google, Social Marketing Tools, ranging from Introduction to Big Data to AdWords Search Certification.
