Joseph Xu

Joseph Xu is an accomplished technology executive and academic with extensive experience in the fields of technology and business management. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Chainproof since July 2022 and as a Technical R&D Advisor at Quantstamp, Inc. since 2020, Joseph has also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business from July 2017 to June 2022. Prior to this, Joseph was a PhD student at The Wharton School from September 2012 to December 2016, where a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration, Management and Operations was obtained. Earlier professional experience includes working as an Assistant Trader at Archelon Group from July 2010 to June 2012. Joseph Xu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research from Cornell University, earned in 2010.
