Chad Rogers

Chad Rogers is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in building and scaling technical talent acquisition functions across leading technology firms. Currently serving as Director at Quantum since January 2025, Chad focuses on creating VC-backed AI, SaaS, and Web 3 startups from seed through IPO. Previously, Chad held significant roles at Grammarly, where contributions included establishing the Leadership & Executive Recruiting function and serving as the first Technical Recruiting Manager for North America. Additional experience includes technical recruiting roles at Stripe and Facebook, as well as leadership positions at TigerConnect and Insight Global. Chad began a career in entertainment with an advisor role at Hollywood Inventory Partners and a production internship at Relativity Media. Chad is a graduate of UCLA.
