Jon Daniels is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience spanning various roles within the industry. Currently serving as Principal Recruiter at Quantum since December 2025, Jon focuses on building VC-backed AI, SaaS, and Web 3 startups from inception to IPO. Previously, as Strategic Client Executive at Kforce Inc, Jon was recognized with the "California Spotlight" Award and successfully secured multiple major client partnerships, achieving an impressive average of 12.5 client meetings per week. Jon's earlier experience at Insight Global as a Professional Recruiter included earning President's Club recognition for six consecutive years and managing a peak of 50+ consultants simultaneously. Before entering recruitment, Jon interned at Athletes First, where significant achievements included securing lucrative public appearances for high-profile NFL clients. Jon holds a Master of Science in Sport Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
