Lucy Tarleton is a qualified chartered accountant (FCA) and a senior finance professional with significant UK and international IPO advisory and audit experience. Currently serving as Director at CFPro Ltd and Non Executive Director at Quantum Base, Lucy has previously held leadership roles at PwC, the London Stock Exchange, and other organizations. With a deep understanding of company growth from start-up to exit, Lucy has provided strategic advice on corporate governance, financial reporting, and IPO readiness. Lucy holds a degree in Modern Languages from the University of Durham.
