Azree Izuan Pardas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public policy and strategic consultancy. As the Director and Managing Partner of Quantum Catalyst Partners since March 2020, Azree has driven approximately 40 engagements for over 35 clients across public and private sectors in Malaysia and internationally. Concurrently, involvement includes serving as Assistant Manager for Selangor FC’s U-20s and U-19s teams, and holding a position on the Executive Committee of the Football Association of Selangor. Previous roles include Executive Vice President and Partner at PEMANDU Associates, and Associate Director at PEMANDU (Performance Management and Delivery Unit, Prime Minister's Department), contributing to Malaysia's National Transformation Programme. Azree began a career in public policy and strategy at Ethos & Company, after a management trainee position with MDeC. Azree holds degrees in International Business from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology and RMIT University.
