Alan Womble

Alan Womble, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in technical accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Lead Technical Accountant at Quantum Computing Inc. since September 2025, Alan has previously held key roles at Enviva, including Senior Accountant, where responsibilities included managing global intercompany reconciliations and preparing balance sheet reconciliations and P&L variance analyses. With an earlier background as an Audit Associate at KPMG US, Alan developed essential audit skills and has experience in leadership positions, such as Treasurer for the National Society of Leadership and Success. A graduate of Penn State University with a Master of Accounting, Alan's diverse skill set encompasses financial analysis, reconciliation, and management of complex accounting processes.
