Aanchal Gupta

Aanchal Gupta is a seasoned professional dedicated to designing inclusive cultures that empower individuals and communities. They currently serve as the Director of People and Planet at Quantum Data Engines and as the Founder-Director of Conscious Culture, focusing on fostering gender-inclusive organizational environments. Aanchal has held roles such as Project Coordinator at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya, where they developed a digital library, and Curriculum Designer for the Government of Himachal Pradesh, authoring a curriculum for high school students. They have also been a Programme Manager at the Centre for Social Impact and Philanthropy, managing initiatives aimed at enhancing social impact and philanthropy in India. Aanchal holds a Master's degree in Liberal Arts from Ashoka University and a BA in Economics from Delhi University.
