Cesar Flores

Cesar Flores is an Engineering Manager at Quantum Data Technologies, where they design platform architecture and lead the implementation of AI and machine learning products for retail investors. They previously held roles such as Head of Artificial Intelligence at Intelligens LLC, where they built and scaled ML systems, and Senior Data Engineer at Marley Spoon, creating robust data pipelines. As a co-founder of Woofie, Cesar developed an AI-driven platform for dog nutrition. They hold a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
