Director of Cyber Security at Quantum Dynamics

Stanley Edwards has a long and varied career in the field of cyber security. Stanley began their career in 2004 as the Branch Chief of the Distributed Learning Branch for the U.S. Army. In this role, they were responsible for the management of 35 Digital Training Facilities (DTF) classrooms and 5 Deployed Digital Training Campuses. Stanley then went on to become the Division Network Engineer, responsible for the planning and execution of future Division missions, exercises, and telecommunication upgrades. From there, they became the Network Operations Officer in Charge, responsible for the critical day-to-day planning, monitoring, analysis, troubleshooting and execution of all communications support provided to U.S. and coalition forces conducting full spectrum operations within Afghanistan. After that, they were the Joint Network Node Section sergeant, responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and operation of one AN/TTC-59 and STT. In 2013, they joined Quantum Dynamics & Silotech Group as a Cyber Common Technical Core (CCTC)- Cyber Security Instructor, where they served as the Primary instructor for CCTC-Security classes and created SQL injection, Exploit Research, Operating Systems Networking, and Covering Tracks instructor facilitation guides. Finally, in 2020, they joined Quantum Dynamics, Inc. as the Director of Cyber Security. In this role, they deliver Cybersecurity; Information Technology; Enterprise Design, Integration, and Consolidation; Network/Systems Operation Maintenance; Telecommunications/Systems Reengineering; Business Process Reengineering; Supply Chain Management; and IT Education and Training.

Stanley Edwards completed a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2013. Stanley then went on to earn a Master's degree in Information Security and Assurance from Western Governors University in 2016. Edwards also holds certifications from EC-Council (CHFI in 2015 and C|EH in 2013), CompTIA (Network+ in 2013 and Security+ in 2011), and ISC2 Baltimore Chapter (CISSP in 2013).
