Daniel Pascoe

Daniel Pascoe is a Senior Forensic Planning Consultant & Delay Analyst at Quantum Global Solutions, with a focus on planning support, delay analysis, and expert report preparation for Turkish contractors on domestic and international projects since June 2012. Based in Istanbul, Daniel has contributed to significant arbitral proceedings, including supporting a Turkish claimant in ICC arbitration related to MEP works on a Middle Eastern airport project involving disputed amounts exceeding $100 million. Prior to their current role, Daniel served as a Forensic Planning Consultant & Delay Analyst and a Forensic Planning Engineer, primarily assisting contractors in Qatar with planning and cost control for projects such as high-rise buildings and infrastructure. Earlier experience includes working as a Calibration Engineer at Gyrodata, where responsibilities involved calibrating gyroscopic survey tools for the energy sector.
