Dan Rotz

Dan Rotz possesses extensive experience in the manufacturing and packaging industry, currently serving as a preassembly lead at Erdman Automation Corp. since October 2018. Prior to this role, Dan worked as a packaging specialist at Quantum Graphics from July 2015 and held the position of production manager at SeaChange, where responsibilities included overseeing three departments and managing a team of 15. Dan's career includes significant tenure at Synergy Graphics as a production supervisor and gluer operator for nearly 17 years until its acquisition by SeaChange in 2014. Additionally, Dan has foundational experience as a gluer operator at Nordic Packaging from 1987 to 1995.
