Gil Raz

Gil Raz is currently a Financial Controller and FP&A at Quantum Machines. Prior to this, they were a Financial Controller at ScyllaDB in 2021. From 2018-2021, they were the Director of Finance and Financial Controller at Nextage, where they were responsible for preparing monthly financial and managerial reports, overseeing monthly payroll and bookkeeper's month closing process, and managing vendor payment cycles. From 2015-2018, they were an Audit Manager and Senior Audit Associate at EY, where they led a team of auditors (CPAs and trainees), prepared consolidated financial statements according to the ISA requirements, GAAP, IFRS and SOX, and audited companies in a broad range of industries. From 2012-2015, they were an Accounting Intern at Small Caliber Ammunition Division- Israel Military Industries, where they were a facilitator, integrator and coordinator of Enterprise Risk Management and SOX in the organization, actively promoted a culture of risk awareness within the organization, and performed tests of controls using IT tools.

Gil Raz completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Accounting from Ruppin Academic Center between 2010 and 2014. Gil then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering/Industrial Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they completed between 2015 and 2018.
