Jesse Einfalt

Jesse Einfalt is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development, quality engineering, and technical project management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Quantum Metric since September 2019, Jesse has successfully led various technical projects, optimized code standards, and facilitated collaborative initiatives, including HackWeek and weekly engineering insights. Previously, Jesse expanded the QA department and developed a robust E2E UI test suite at Quantum Metric. Earlier roles at Church Community Builder involved leading software teams in payment processing integration, developing CRM solutions, and enhancing software reliability through comprehensive testing strategies. Jesse's career began with a focus on technical support and instructional roles, complemented by dual Bachelor's degrees in Music Performance and Mathematics from John Brown University.
