Mark Flynn is a seasoned software engineer with over two decades of experience in IT infrastructure and software development. Since April 2001, Mark has been a valuable part of Quantum Services, focusing on architecture, engineering, and development, particularly in Delphi and C# while interfacing with external hardware.
