Mark Flynn

Mark Flynn is a seasoned software engineer with over two decades of experience in IT infrastructure and software development. Since April 2001, Mark has been a valuable part of Quantum Services, focusing on architecture, engineering, and development, particularly in Delphi and C# while interfacing with external hardware. Prior to this role, Mark worked at EmergiTech, Inc. as a programmer from March 1997 to April 2001, where Mark developed IBRS reporting modules for police and fire records management systems and achieved state certifications. Additionally, Mark served as a lead field service technician, installing E-911 PSAPs and designing computer networks. Earlier experience includes a role as a Network Tech at CompuServe in 1996. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University between 1991 and 1996.
