David Shasha

David Shasha is a System Architect at Quantum Source Labs Ltd since July 2023, bringing extensive experience from the Israel Defense Forces, where responsibilities included R&D Section Leader from October 2016 to July 2023. In this role, David led a multi-disciplinary team of 40 engineers, managing several projects and next-generation products. Previous positions included Hardware R&D Team Lead, overseeing diverse teams in technological development, and Reliability Engineer, focusing on systems with strict reliability requirements. David also served as a Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University. Educational achievements include an MBA from the Coller School of Management and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Physics, both from Tel Aviv University.
