Koby Yavilberg

Physicist at Quantum Source

Koby Yavilberg is a physicist currently working at Quantum Source since January 2025. Prior to this role, Koby served as a data scientist at K2G from November 2021 to January 2025. Academic experience includes contributions as a researcher and PhD student at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2012 to 2020, focusing on topological materials and light-matter interaction under the guidance of Prof. Eytan Grosfeld. Koby also has experience as a teaching assistant, instructing engineering and physics students in subjects such as electromagnetism, mechanics, and wave theory. Koby holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science (MS) in Condensed Matter and Quantum Computation, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics, all from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
