Michael Nagli is a physicist at Quantum Source Labs, specializing in silicon photonics. They are currently a Ph.D. candidate in Electrical Engineering at the Technion, focusing on developing silicon photonics ultrasound detectors for intravascular optoacoustic imaging. Michael possesses a strong multidisciplinary background in physics, materials science, and electrical engineering, with expertise in both theoretical device design and practical lab work. They previously served as a teaching assistant and research assistant at the Technion, contributing to the materials science and engineering thermoelectric materials group. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering and dual Bachelor's degrees in Physics and Materials Science and Engineering, all from the Technion.
