Shlomit Semel

Shlomit Semel has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Shlomit began their career in 1999 as a Compensation & Benefits Manager at Texas Instruments, where they were responsible for planning annual recruitment, developing job descriptions, and consolidating the compensation & benefits plans of the company. In 2006, they joined Altair Semiconductors as VP HR, where they were part of the core management team and established the HR practices of the company from the ground level up. In 2020, they moved to ZoomInfo as Senior Director Human Resources, and currently serves as VP of Human Resources at Quantum Source Labs Ltd since 2022.

Shlomit Semel attended New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering from 1997 to 1999, where they earned a Master's degree in MSM. Shlomit then attended The College of Management Academic Studies, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences.
