Raj Varadan

Mr. Raj Varadan started at Quantum Strides in its infancy and has helped grow the company into the top-producer that it is today. During his master’s in Information & Communication Sciences, Mr. Varadan held multiple management roles and eventually oversaw the school’s network information center that housed over 200 research assistants. It was there where Mr. Varadan started to position himself as a leader with the competency to manage multiple teams and responsibilities at once. In his decade-plus experience as a consultant and technology team lead, he has implemented countless large-scale enterprise technology solutions with a global reach. Mr. Varadan manages Quantum Strides’ global technical team, including project managers, testers, trainers, architects, designers, and program directors. He works with clients to understand their needs and delivers projects with exemplary customer care. Mr. Varadan keeps his hand on the pulse of emerging technologies and continues to be a proponent of using the power of automation to make lives better.
