Ray Pader

Mr. Ray Pader is a technical mastermind at heart, demonstrated early on in his life by his Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and the time when he taught himself how to program before graphics were available on the Internet. His natural and self-taught abilities led him to positions in the banking and commercial real estate industries writing custom IWMS applications for IBM Lotus Domino and implementing TRIRIGA applications.

Mr. Pader supports the practice in technical sales support, oversees project delivery, assists in development projects, and team management. Ray was also involved in designing the company’s proprietary TRIRIGA upgrade methodology that saves Quantum Strides customers significant time, effort and money when performing an upgrade. Mr. Pader is certified in ComptTIA Security+ and is an IBM TRIRIGA Certified Developer and Administrator.
