Rowynn Ereño

Rowynn Ereño has a diverse work experience in sales, customer service, and technical support. They started their career in 2003 as a Sales Team Lead for Global Call International, handling multiple accounts and achieving high sales numbers. After that, they worked as an Advance Customer Service Representative for SPi Global, assisting customers with telecom services and training new agents. They then transitioned to technical support roles, first at West Contact Services Inc. and later at 24/7 Customer Philippines, INC, where they provided troubleshooting assistance for telecommunication services. In 2016, Rowynn became a Sales Coach at TELCO SERVICE INTERNATIONAL INC., mentoring and supporting inbound sales representatives. They then worked as a Sales Representative for KPSG D2C, specializing in life insurance sales. In 2022, they joined iSupport Worldwide as a Customer Service Representative. Currently, Rowynn is a Lead Generation Associate and Business Development Support at Quantum Strides LLC.

Rowynn Ereño attended the Phillipine Maritime Institute from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued an Associate in Marine Transportation degree with a field of study in Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation. They obtained their degree during this period. Additionally, in February 2023, Rowynn Ereño obtained a certification in IBM TRIRIGA Sales Foundation from IBM.
