Director of People Insights at Quantum Workplace

Anne Maltese is the Director of People Insights at Quantum Workplace. Anne has over fifteen years of experience in the field of human resources and organizational development.

Anne began their career as a Clinical Research Assistant at UPMC, where they gained experience in conducting research and managing projects. Anne then transitioned to the role of Consultant at the Center for Organizational Research, where they provided consulting services to clients on a variety of topics related to organizational development and human resources.

In 2008, Anne joined Gallup as a Consultant. During their time at Gallup, they worked with clients to improve their business performance by providing advice and tools related to recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, engaging, and retaining exceptional talent. Anne also managed project plans, budgets, and resourcing for high-profile, complex, or at-risk accounts. In addition, they facilitated internal trainings for new consultants worldwide.

In 2015, Anne left Gallup to take on the role of Director of People Insights at Quantum Workplace. In this role, Anne is responsible for leading the organization’s people insights initiatives and partnering with leaders to drive organizational success through people data.

Anne Maltese has a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.

They work with Cyndi Wenninghoff - Employee Success Manager, Clay Wulf - VP of Sales, and Cassie Neary - Director of Partnerships. Aaron Brown - Senior Insights Analyst, Shane McFeely - Lead Researcher report to Anne Maltese. Anne Maltese reports to Greg Harris, President & CEO.
