Andrew Schroer has extensive experience in customer success and management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Quantum since June 2007, where Andrew leads a team dedicated to post-sales relationship support. Prior roles at Quantum include Customer Success Manager, where Andrew focused on enterprise-level customer relationships, and Manager of Global Third Party Maintainers, overseeing the Third Party Maintainers Team. Andrew's background also includes TPM Partner Manager responsibilities, emphasizing service delivery strategies and partner management, along with an early career as an Accounting Associate and Global Call Handler. Prior to Quantum, Andrew worked at OCI as System Operators Team Lead and System Operator, developing change management processes and optimizing operations. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Wyoming and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.
