Armando Moreno has over 25 years of experience in customer engagement and technical support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Engagement at Quantum since July 2021. Previously, Armando held multiple positions at Quantum, including Director of Support Operations and Global Video Surveillance and Escalation Team Manager. Prior to joining Quantum, Armando worked at Pivot3 for nearly seven years, progressing from Technical Support Lead to Director of Customer Support. Armando's career began at Brown & Brown, where a tenure of over 16 years included the role of Senior Systems Engineer. Armando holds an Associate of Science degree in Computers from Tampa Technical Institute, earned between 1994 and 1996.
