Charlotte Taylor is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Customer and Service Enablement at Quantum since April 2007. In this role, Charlotte is responsible for creating learning curricula and documentation that empower audiences to achieve their best work. Previously, Charlotte held several positions at Quantum, including Director of Learning Solutions and Documentation, Sr. Manager of Training and Documentation, and Sr. Instructional Designer, where responsibilities included leading teams and developing performance support solutions. Prior to these roles, Charlotte worked as a Documentation and Project Manager at Quantum, where project management and user advocacy were primary focuses. Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in eLearning Design and Implementation from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University.
