Chip Newton

Chip Newton is an experienced solutions architect currently designing advanced content and data storage solutions for the media and entertainment sector at Quantum since August 2021. Prior to this role, Chip held various positions at Grass Valley, including Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect, where expertise was focused on video playout and workflow systems, and Director of Business Development for Softel Solutions. Earlier professional experiences include project management at Dakota Group, product management and sales at Radio Computing Services, customer support engineering, and promotional directing at WKCI/WAVZ Radio. Chip holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications Management from Ithaca College and has actively contributed to the Norwalk Toastmasters Club as Vice President of Education, enhancing public speaking and leadership skills among members.
