Eric Isom

Eric Isom currently serves as Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations at Quantum, where responsibilities encompass global supply chain management, focusing on efficiency through data analytics. Prior to this role, Isom held several senior director positions at Seagate Technology from 1997 to November 2021, including leadership in cloud storage systems business operations, global commodity and supply chain management, and operations management for a significant merger with Samsung in China. Notable achievements include growing a new business unit to $650M in revenue within three years, achieving substantial inventory reductions, and receiving the Seagate Chairman's Award for excellence in operational transitions. Isom holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
